BAM PPP UK is the public private partnership development and delivery company of the Royal BAM Group. Together with sister companies HBG Construction and HBG Facilities Management we provide a cohesive approach to BSF projects. We carefully select core partners for ICT delivery, educationalist advice and design in order to provide local authorities with a fully integrated solution to the delivery of transformational educational facilities. BAM has the expertise, experience and resources to partner with authorities to deliver a successful BSF project supporting the local education vision. BAM view BSF as a wonderful once in a lifetime opportunity; we will open three BSF schools this year in Solihull and look forward to partnering with other local authorities in the future.

PwC has a dedicated Education team focused upon supporting the successful delivery of the BSF programme at national and local levels, with a long history of advising on and delivering PPP transactions, of which six have reached financial close. We are currently advising on a further eight private side and five public side transactions, working with many types of secondary schools including: community; voluntary controlled; voluntary aided; academies and special schools; as well as primary schools and their stakeholders.
Most recently, PwC has undertaken a review of the national BSF programme on behalf of Partnerships for Schools, the recommendations of which have received Ministerial approval and are currently being implemented. We are also currently undertaking a Review of Operational Local Education Partnerships (LEPs).
